About AccessMind

AccessMind

AccessMind is a new, innovative company dedicated to developing assistive technology for us – the blind and visually impaired community worldwide, in addition to providing digital accessibility consulting services. We believe technology should empower independence, choice, and full participation in every part of life.

Founded by Lived Experience and Global Expertise

Founded and led by Adi Kushnir – an entrepreneur, assistive technology developer, and blind advocate since birth – together with Venkatesh Chari, founder and CEO of Orbit Research with over 25 years of experience in creating cutting-edge assistive technology solutions, AccessMind brings together deep personal insight and world-class technological expertise.

Designing around mainstream with accessibility in mind.

What We Build

We integrate assistive technology into modern, high-quality hardware and software built on mainstream ecosystems, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, design, and usability while remaining fully accessible.

OPTIMA

Our upcoming flagship hardware product, the OPTIMA brail laptop computer, is designed to seamlessly combine accessibility with mainstream computing power, delivering a complete, uncompromising experience for work, education, and everyday life.

Digital Accessibility Services

Beyond product development, AccessMind also provides digital accessibility consulting services to organizations and businesses worldwide. We help companies meet the latest international standards, such as WCAG 2.2 and Section 508, ensuring that their digital experiences are inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly for everyone.

Our Belief

At AccessMind, we believe that innovation should be driven by the blind and visually impaired community itself. As part of the community, we shape the future of our products from within.
